FEB 28, 2010 - I have added a few additions to the QuickSilver website and BBS forum over the weekend.
FORUM:
ADD-TABS
The main modification was the addition of the ADD-TABS add-in for the BBS forum.
This allowed me the ability to add the "HOME" button to the top navigation bar.
The vBulletin forum came with two basic navigation tabs Forum and What's New?
Although you were able to return to the website home page using the Home link in the lower bottom right hand side. The addition of this top "HOME" tab made returning to the main website much more convenient. For certain folks additional tabs may appear on the NAV TAB bar depending on the user group you belong to. For convenience I added any new tabs to the left of the two original basic out-of-the-box nav tabs.

FAVICON.ICO
If you look at the top tab on your web browser you should see a (very) small motorcycle. Not a big deal but just something to help distinguish the site.
ROTATING PICTURES
HOME page
When you click on the main website http://qwksilver.com page you will notice that the picture now changes each time you enter the main home page or click HOME. IMHO I feel that making the picture on the main page dynamically change keeps your visiting experience fresh. Give it a click or two...it's fun!
Photo submissions from members for the main page rotation is encouraged.

ABOUT US and CONTACT US pages
Pictures and graphics modified and updated.
EVENTS page
Parody ride suggestions encouraged...come on folks submit a few!

1) Changed some of the front end forum icons
From light grey and light blue for new post
To grey curved arrow and grey curved arrow with orange horizontal arrow for new posts.
IMHO The light grey and light blue quote icons were barely noticeable differences.
2) added a few more pics to the QuickSilver WEB index/main page.
I found that on Aug 1st users were unable to login with their passwords.
After a little time with technical support I have (hopefully) resolved this issue.
While I was in there, I upgraded to the latest maintenance release 4.0.5
